Shipping and Return Policy

When you order one of our products over the phone or via the internet, you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to our Shipping and Return Policies.

Tanning Bed Delivery

    • Curbside delivery only.
    • Your residence or business must be accessible by a tractor trailer.
    • Residential deliveries arrive on a 72' Tractor Trailer.
    • We pay shipping in advance. You are not required to pay any additional shipping charges at the time of delivery. The shipping charges you pay are for the transport of your product(s) from our warehouse to your curb. The freight company is not responsible for taking product(s) off the truck or to move the product to your desired location.
    • The freight company will contact you before they deliver your order. Please plan ahead to arrange means of getting the product(s) off the truck and to your desired location.
    • Most orders require 2-3 individuals present at delivery time to get the product off the truck and moved to your desired location.
    • Receiving Freight:
    • Stay in contact with us to find out when your order was shipped, what carrier it was given to, and an approximate delivery date.
    • When the shipment is delivered, inspect it immediately for obvious signs of damage.
    • Compare the number of units received to the number on the delivery receipt. If condition and quantity is acceptable then sign the delivery receipt.
    • The driver will give you a copy and take the original.
    • Note: A signed delivery receipt with no exceptions is called a clear delivery. Clear delivery means that there were no shortages or visible damage at the time of delivery.
    • It is very important that the buyer follow the delivery procedure described above.
    • If the buyer determines that all or a portion of their order has been damaged, the buyer must refuse to accept the shipment or note the exact damages on the freight bill and replacement parts will be sent. Any damaged parts that are not noted at the time of receipt by the buyer will be replaced at the buyers cost (including shipping costs)
    • We do offer concealed damage (hidden damage that could not be seen at the time of delivery). This covers the replacement of damaged parts only, not the entire item.
    • Any items that are incorrect or missing at the time of delivery must be reported within 10 calendar days of delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect any product to ensure nothing is incorrect or missing before installation. Missing or incorrect parts reported within the time frame stated above will be shipped by UPS ground or freight carrier.
    • Returns:
    • Returns will be accepted only up to one calendar day after the buyer signs for delivery and only under the condition that the product(s) are unused, in original packing and that the buyer pays all applicable shipping charges to and from Tanning Network.
    • The buyer must call before returning merchandise. All returns are subject to credit minus shipping charges, only after inspection of returned merchandise by Tanning Network. All returned merchandise will be subject to a 25% to 30% restocking fee due to depreciation.
